谁知道那家换屋顶的公司比较好? 谢谢!

We have contacted several roofing companies. Each has given us a very different estimate/quote. We are very confused about what type of shingles each company is using.
1) What are 3-Tab standard shingles, and what are self sealing shingles?
2) Why does the price vary so much?
3) What layers are supposed to go on a standard roof? (underlaying paper, asphalt?, or etc?)
4) Would you recommend any roofing companies?


**Other information: The roofing was fixed/changed in 1992 by RoofMaster. It has been about 17 years now, and the roofing looks pretty bad.
RoofMaster came and gave us a quote of $5507! for just our side. (We live in duplex home, 2 homes connected to another)
