请问是否出租锅炉的公司会在锅炉快接近使用年限时主动上门来更换锅炉管道？

没有工作证，说以前的燃气公司已经换了东家，现是他们再做。给我们看她的交费单，说的很合情合理，而且很多我们的附近的人都在换。说我们的家正在用的管子很危险，出过事故，因超长要多交20-30元，其他免费。没经历过，只给了姓名电话，但没底。问问也好。

I checked their renting price. $26+tax, that is higher than I current of $17 including tax. So I told him I need think about it.

Later, I checked their company -- it just opened in Toronto this year.

So, I think just forget it.
