There are 2 grocery stores (Loblaws and 24hour metro), walmart, movie theatre, tons of resturants etc. There is a TD, Scotia and BMO within walking distance as well. It is close to the transit way(97 bus and all other major bus routes) and the O-Train.
Currently there is one bedroom available immediately, and the rest (2 more) are becoming available by the end of August at the latest. All bedrooms are a good size. The rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Parking is available at an additional cost of approx $30 per month. (Free if you prefer street parking).
