I click on your ID (chefrmekong) and normally, it should have a pop up that say "发送悄悄话给 chefrmekong", but I don't see your, so you need to click on the 控制面板 (at the top left corner) and that will allow you to personalize your webpage.

Over there, you should see the 编辑论坛选项, then check the 使用悄悄话系统 box. Once you've done that, people will be able to send you email.

Oh, I forgot to mention after you check the 使用悄悄话系统 box (and optionally the 当有新的悄悄话时通过 Email 通知 and 有新悄悄话时弹出提示框 box), you need to save the change (by clicking the save button at the bottom of the page).
