最近一段时间，晚上浑身痒，睡不着觉，网上看到这个可以止痒。不知道渥太华有没有？

我看的文章上没有具体说哪个部位。用法是煮水喝，和用来洗澡（加点盐）。准备一试

这个东西是野菜，无法种植。我试图找一小段苗子留种，结果第二年菜地里长出了成千上万棵小苗，却没有一棵能够长得比花生大，以后的数年间年年为除该杂草发愁。

清热解毒，散血消肿，除湿止痢，利尿润肺，止渴生津。

寒性消热给我一个提示，我的晚上浑身痒，睡不着觉的问题是血热。今天早上1:30又痒醒了，我就喝了杯菊花茶，让老婆给我在凉血的几个经络部位刮痧，立竿见影，2点一直睡到9点，几个礼拜了，没有睡过一个这么香的觉，爽啊！

至于导致血热的原因，一是天气转热，二是经常跑步，出汗多，补水不够充分。
