It is final total by cash price. The MRSP given by dealer is 22,990, I am guessing it is too high.

you should expect something from $20248.00 (auto trasmission) - $3000 ( cash discount) + 1535 ( freight) + dealer's profit + doc fee + tax.

23.3K is too high if you just buy a basic GS model.
