My friend wants to rent a room in a two bedroom-apartment. She and her brother used to leave together, but her brother will leave. She is a fourth year Chemistry student at Carleton.
Close to Carleton university, 1 bus (#117) to Carleton university, close to grocery store; the rent is $485/month; every thing included (not include furniture),except internet, which is $20/month.
It's good for practicing English.
