经常看ccc的帖子，觉得ccc人比较热情，而且懂得也多，有个问题想请教一下。昨天跟朋友去gatineau park玩，结果，闯了一个stop sign,被警察开了一张ticket，罚款144，扣三分，Qubec的罚单。不知道会不会对保险有影响，（我的驾照和保险都在安大略），然后被扣掉的分数和记录多久之后才可以消掉？如果对保险影响不是很大的话我就不打算上庭了。

在美国的两个州(N.Y and Michigan)和加拿大其他省（地区）违章被扣分的话，同在本省违章一样，会被扣分的。看来他们共享信息。

扣点两年后撤消。

是的，保险公司５－６年才把你的记录拿掉。

我上面说的是交通管理部门的驾驶记录保留两年。
