Help: 中国护照照片

Need to replace the chinese passort, can anyone advise a place in Ottawa to take the photos? Is the photos from Costco okay for that?

哪里照都可以,但拍照之前要和拍照的人员讲清尺寸,这样出来的照片如不符合要求可以让他们从新照,(加拿大护照的尺寸要更大一些)
