地下室布电线

请问个位前辈，我想自己装修地下室，首先是要分布电线，因为想装灯，插头之类的。我需要做certification 吗？检修房子的可以做这个么？谢谢！

Yes, you need to have it inspected twice - 1. before you put the drywall and after you wire the lines. 2. after finish the basement. I think it cost about 150 dollars. In case there is fire caused by the wire you add, your insurance will not cover if this is not inspected and certificated.
