I don't think there is a possibility for us to win the fight....those big banks know how to cover their asses LEGALLY....
Having said that, how about we collectively hire a lawyer to help us go through the initial agreement and give us some advices. The lawyer fee would be from $300 to $500/hour. If we have 10 families, then that would be quite trival...
Just a thought, need the action...
