I have the car insurance and includes OPCF 27 "Rental Vehicle Insurance Endorsement".

Some one kindly tell me, is this cover renting a pickup or small cargo van.

Why does not ask your insurance company which gives you definitely the right answer?

Just pick up the phone & call your insurance.

Otherwise, you are assuming it covers the rented car even though it is very likely the case.

Here is the google result. Looks like that you are covered to operate your friend's car (by permission) or rented car (by your own money) etc.
