1. LZ从来没说在left lane开过
2. 变线追尾，通常指被target lane后面车追尾，责任由变线车负。
3. LZ离开的lane被追尾，明显是后面车跟太紧，没有保持安全车距。LZ没有突然出现在他的LANE，相反而是离开他所在的LANE。

看了20多页总算看完了，完全同意阿搜的说法。
lz中英文阐述的都不太清楚，至少事发地点一直说清，其实这些只要bing上截图自己标识一下就行了，也不用大家一顿猜，最好第一时间把过程有条例阐述一遍。有一点lz说的很清楚，她从没再最坐的车道上开过，一直都是对方宣称的，从她行车路线看也完全没有必要到那条道上。所以从这点上驳对方的证词是绝对有用的！因为对方和警察一直以lz“横穿马路”为依据追究责任.所以只要让法官相信这条基本就能胜诉。 lz无论往左还是往右并道过程中都享有原来行驶道的路权，要不然大家自己想想，要是你一有变道意思，后面车就能合法撞你，街上得多少碰瓷的啊？ 大家别以为这里没有这样的人，是警察跟我说的，一到冬天这样的事儿就多了。

I cannot say we met exactly the same person. I don't want to approve that. But the point is, they tend to protect white people. So if you are not satisfied with the person's attitude or the report result, just complain.

说个另外的真实故事。看完了，您会知道我想说什么。

我那哥们儿约了几个朋友一起出去春游，租了辆MINI VAN。那是辆崭新的车。
在离开一城市约３０公里的时候，一后轮的轮胎爆了。哥们儿还成，车辆控制得很好，安全停在路肩。换上备有胎后，返回那个城市，换上新轮胎。然后继续游玩。

祸不单行。回来的时候，途中发动机过热，只好走走停停，耗了不止一倍的时间，才回到咱村。把车停在出租车的停车场，留下钥匙，并留个便条，哥们儿很不爽地回府了。

第二天去结帐，接待人员听了他的述苦，表示歉意并爽快地提出免收后来几天的租金（换轮胎的钱当然实报实销）。我那哥们儿说：

"Thank you, sir! But, we had to drive about 35km to take the mini van back to that city to change the tire. And then we had to drive it back to where we got stucked and pick up my buddies. You could not push the mini van. Correct?"

The customer service rep looked at him and blinked his eyes a few times, then said, "Yes?" Obviously, the clerk didn't get it.

First of all, you change the lane from the leftest side to the middle lane without have 2 seconds space, socond of all, you follow too close again without 2 seconds space to the right front car when you change lane from the middle lane to the rigthest lane because you followed too close that`s why you have to slow down in order to merge your car and still can not completely merged then hited by the following car. In your statement there is no one over speed. So that, if you follow the idea for what you have said. According to my knowledge it will be your fault.
