不需要的，不过你成绩要到一定才行，得学校给你开信

也就是必须要有工作OFFER了才能申请SIN CARD?

必须有工作offer了才可以申请，申请到sin card可以在校内打工。如果是校外打工，需要你两个连续的full time学期后，到学校开张证明，这样才可以办到校外打工的work permit。如果是办校外打工的work permit，具体详情可以去CU的UC128 问问。（假如你是CU的童鞋）
