An Ottawa-based Public Relations company is looking for a candidate to fill one opening as an administrative assistant.
Start date: immediately

General Purpose:
• To provide support and manage the flow of communication between offices of the company.
• Responsible for performing clerical work and administrative duties, otherwise relieving supervisors of routine administrative responsibilities.
Essential Functions:
• Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the company by ensuring consistent, concise and timely communication and accurate information of external marketing / public relations documents.
•Organizes and maintains files correspondence and other records.
• Handling confidential information.
• Develop/implement/maintain bi-weekly, monthly reports for clients.
• Complete other responsibilities, as assigned
• Work with other overseas staff to ensure the delivery of high quality services to clients
Education/Experience:
•Minimum Bachelor degree
•Minimum of one year administrative experience required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Fluently bilingual in Chinese and English, French an asset
• Proficient in MS Office and emailing. Knowledge in Adobe an asset
• Well organized with a high attention to details and accuracy.
• Ability to write routine reports, business correspondence and procedures.
• Able to perform duties efficiently with minimum supervision
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously, within an intense, deadline-driven environment.
• Able to provide excellent customer service to customers and subsidiaries
•Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
