If a couple who work in downtown, it will be cheaper to drive to work since the monthly parking in downtown is around $200.
Imagine people who uses express passes which is $106/month for now, and it will go up to $113.95. So two express passes will rack up to $228/month. I am sure there will be more people driving to work as opposed to busing.:flaming:
