anybody knows what is happened in my laptop? when i open it, nothing on the table?

this morning, when i open the laptop, there is nothing on the table, no IE, no MY COMPUTER, no MY FILE, nothing, who knows what happened? tell me please, what should i do? 3x

i have, but it doesn't work, nothing on the plateform, do i need to delete all and restall all the staff? that is terrible, i would lose all my pics so far and many films.

去safe mode用msconfig把启动时可能安装的东西都卸下来。然后再启动试试。

get into dos mode, check config.sys,autoexec.bat files. after that,check if memory is working properly. if any changes has been made to the memory, it might be virus.

i can not get into safe mode,
i am not sure if there is a dos mode or if i can get into dos mode, i have to go and see,3x
