Further to our phone conversation this morning, here are the details that you require to commence the recruiting process.
Location: Pratt & Whitney Canada Ottawa Test Operations, Building M11 National Research Council Canada, 1500 Montreal Road, Ottawa
Number of positions: 1
Summary of duties: Responsible for planning, procurement, scheduling, coordinating testing and reporting on development test engines, test sections, control systems, accessories, or components to support the requirements of the engineering development programs. Additionally responsible for some local facility engineering activities
Education/degree requirements: Graduating Engineering student in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Some engineering experience preferred but not mandatory
Languages: English & French spoken, written, read, preferred
Permanency of position: Permanent with Pratt & Whitney Canada
Other: Adaptable, self-motivated, strong communicator, open to change opinions based on new information, good mechanical aptitude.
Additional information: Occasional second shift. First three months may be hands on based.
