The price is very important. my house is Mahattan model with huge backyard and no frontneiber (Liska Street), my agent asking price is lower than yours. it sold in a week.

Any house can be sold. It's just a matter of price.

The same agent bugged us quite a bit when we first put house on GV. We were lucky that didn't go with her.

LZ said at the begining his contract with MLS is expired on May 3th. So his info is removed from MLS at that time, I guess.
