想从美国邮寄护肤品, 自己用, 不是美国产, 在ups寄到手时, 还会要进口税吗?

除非发货地点在加拿大境内。

要。除非进口清关单上没写价格或者标明是礼物。
上次从sasa买了一百块的东西给交了将近30块关税，一点儿没省钱！
草莓网是不用交关税的，但也不是补交，而是他们给退关税钱。

难说。是否交关税，不是公司能决定的。

除非发货地点在加拿大境内。

我的经验，发货点若在境内，一定会被收GST,若省内的话，还有PST.

从美国买东西，象ebay, 快递进来，过关时要凭运气，目前很少被要求付关税。

Be careful with UPS ground/standard shipping for US. Often they will charge you brokerage fee sometimes even higher than duties and GST.
