Room for rent close to carleton
Hi,
Our chinese characters are not working on the computer so I will write in english.
We have 2 rooms available , 1 regular size ($500) and 1 large ($650).
The house is located in the northern part of the Glebe. Bus service to Carleton includes the number 4 and 7. It is also easily walkable or by bike.
The rooms are on the second floor and are furnished. They have access to a kitchen and share a bathroom. We live on the first floor and there is also an apartment on the third floor. The house is quiet and safe.
We will only rent to tenants who are quiet, clean and non-smokers.
