移民体检，邮寄费收$150, 正常吗？

移民局要求体检结果寄回北京，今天去，体检时，说光这个邮寄费就得$150。我问为什么这么贵，接待的护士说因为医生要花时间和功夫去寄。但是我上次寄一封特快信（Canada post的，3天到达上海）的也只不过80块钱，这个要收将近1倍的价格，合理吗？都这么收吗？钱我是付了，但是想想实在觉得有些不放心，所以上来问一声。
而且，关于体检费，我发现每个诊所的收费也是不一样的，我问过2家，一家我和小孩加起来要320，我去检查的这家只要295. 我不知道为什么会有这种差别？难道这里的私人诊所 （移民局还是指定的）收费是不统一的吗？

Are you sure about that the reports should be sent to Beijing by mail? We also took the same kind of medical examination, but the reports were just put online and they told me mail is not necessary, because everything can be found online in that system. I told you this not because of saving money in this way. I just want you to make sure everything is done correctly, so you will not waste lots of time. Money is not important in this case.

Thank you for your reply. I was also told as what you said: mail is not necessary. However, I and my son take medical examination at the different place with my husband, my husband's is in China, and we were asked according to the ME requirement to mail the results to Beijing. So I had to do that.
