好心提醒各位华人朋友们,千万不要用CIK 的Internet服务.
I have to re-boot modem every half hour and you will never get technical support, I even wake up at 3-4 AM in the morning a few times try to get technical support and the line always busy. When I try to cancel the service and was told I have to call a month early. TNND, I called customer service four times and they told me some one will call me back and I never receive a call.
