找sales讨价还价是个大项目。德国车还没关注过,不知道怎么谈。

我最头疼的是利率,总价砍下来了,利率会很高, 3,5,7年的总价,利率都不一样。dealer肯定有利润在利率里。

我的原则是在拿到各种RABATE后,砍掉运费是小赚,再砍掉税是大赚。

那个crv能砍掉运费就很不错了。

能买到自己喜欢的车,多花点就多花点

去年5月Kanata Honda的CRV付现款有$5000的折扣,在展厅里明文写着的,不用争就可以得到,不知现在的情况。
 
1.9%我记得好象。。。好久前的事了。。。具体的我也记不太清楚了。。。

如果是3年期的,会小赚点。5年期的话,你这砍出来的3000都付利息了。

还有双周付,还是单月付,dealer也有些花头在里面。

去年是买车的好时候,各车厂都很艰难,
就韩国车日子好,推出$5000rebate,但利息高。好像是5.99

Kanata Honda的CRV付现款有$5000真是好价格,楼主可照这个砍,利息现在流行的是0-0.9。估计很难:blowzy:

Dealer makes money not from selling car to you, usually the profit for a BRAND new car is 500 (for a over 20 K car), dealer makes money providing service.
I have a Caucasian Francophone co-worker who is a handy man, he has a VW beetle, and he told me when the front lamp burnt, he thinks he can change it himself, as he did to his other cars. WRONG, he cannot, (he needs special tools!!!) and he has to go back to VW, and the fee was over FIFTY dollars. Honda and Toyota are relatively cheap to maintain.
European cars are the most expensive. American car, no idea, but quality... hm.

这位童鞋热心助人是值得称赞的,但我认为你的信息已经造成了误导,就不要再误导下去了。

要买CRV的童鞋有福气了,省下了一个carcost 的价钱。根据这个,2010 crv ex-l dealer 底价大概2500左右利润,再加上3000的cash incentive (只能付现金才有)到头5500, 而且大家都知道这个车型比较热销,经销商不可能赔钱卖。 所以5000元的折扣应该是很大力度了,并且只适用于现金购买。(除非下个月本田总公司又推出了更大的优惠)而且,0.9%, 1.9% 的低利率是不适用的。

所以楼上朋友的个案当时可能很诱人,但现在来看,只能是误导。而且低利率不适用,更无从谈起可以拿到比宣传的更低的利率

其实不然。。。要知道honda对车行有800-1800的hold back(depends)。。。也就是说车行只有把这些车卖出去才能拿到折扣。。。

如果dealer说是$5000的off。至少$7000 off msrp...要知道cash incentive可能只是折扣的一种。。有时候厂商会有多种的折扣优惠。。。现在这个时候主要是2011款马上要上货了。。要get rid off2010年的库存。。。这个时候你是应该砍价更狠的时候。。。
 
而且现在车行是买家市场。。nb哄哄的是买车的人。。。没必要被dealer牵着鼻子走。。。

另外车低价要自己很清楚。。而不是预估。。。我曾经砍价以50为单位。。。。当然也需要给dealer留最低限度的利润。。。不然大家生意没法作。。

另外我也只是抛砖引玉。。。
 
顺便说一下。。当时dealership想给我朋友的利率是3。99。。。我1。99/2。99拿下(记不太清了)。。。同样的term和condition。。。
