不声不响的就自动给renew了,charge了我$508(tax included),给他们发邮件都没有人理,打电话过去推三阻四,到现在还没有搞定.

建议同胞们不要用他们的,没事还好,有事够你喝一壶的...

我也是，没有提前通知，直接就从信用卡划钱了， 我觉得到期应该问一下客户要不要继续用吧， 没有我们的同意就直接继续合同啊，当初合同也只是一年的嘛， 不过我发邮件给他们，很快就回复了，还不错啊。

在他们网站上有条例，合约过期以后自动续约，而且收你一年的费用。

希望每一个想使用他们公司的服务的朋友都看到和记住这一条。

一年promotion过了之后，好像是原价了，37还是39的
Promo Codes. Promo codes are only applicable for the first term. After the initial term is over the accounts will auto renew at the regular rate.

如果想要cancel的话，最好能提前半个月左右给他们写封email告知，然后保留他们的confirmation email. (因为好像网上说很多billing都会出问题）

建议大家在快到期前，给它发邮件说要取消，然后会有rentention部门的人回邮件，这时候可以要求renew一年的话，要求多要一个月的优惠。

这些公司都是租他们的
