RICHCRAFT买过新房的请进!

一直 在跟他们complian阿，自己的房子怎么可能不跟他们据理力争。到这不就是为了多点INFO 好跟他们交涉？

个人而言嘛事没有。sales也了我口头答复说有framewalk如果可以schedule的话
等了2个月以后的答复如下

Hello XXX.....I made a request for approval to enter the house from the site office but please see the response below. I figured it might be hard to get this approval as I have not had much success with entering once the trades start the interior work. There is new safety regulations and they cannot take the chance of anyone other than the trades in the house while under construction. Sorry XXX but you will have ample time during your PDI to inspect it well. All the best of the holiday season to you and your family. Regards XXX

spoke to XXX and he said the homeowner will have to wait until their PDI to view their home. There are going to be alot of trades in and out of the house between now and January 27th (their PDI date)...just for safety reasons it's not a good idea to be in the house.

虫子要存活是需要条件的，不是给它一根木头就能活的，潮湿的环境也很重要。
我屋顶当时还有2只大肥鸽子呢，我还怕鸽子死房顶呢，结果嘛事没有。
房子有问题的话应该当时就跟builder提出来，而不是时候在这里跟大家抱怨说builder没有做，早干嘛去啦？
我不是为了builder辩护什么，而是觉得很多事情最好自己能当时就下手去争取，而不是做马后炮。

如果是售后服务的话，可以找RICHCRAFT市场部经理 NATALIE SMITH， 她是所有销售的BOSS， 所以她的话最算数。 她的联系方式 613-739-7111 转 NATALIE 或电子邮件NatalieS@richcraft.com。 不过此人极不讲理，一般的情况如果你不是十分有证据的话，她都不解决。个人觉得她把整个RICHCRAFT销售和客服的风气带坏了，完全没有诚信可言，不出问题则已，一有问题客户就等着受气吧。

It called electric walk through

During the electric walk through, the buyer should point out all the incorrect location of electric outlet, ceiling light location, the missing outlet or other issue in the wall. The buyer should take this chance to take a look of insulation.

After electric walk through, the builder won't open drywall to change the outlet etc.

If you have special change order for home theater, it should check/inspect before the drywall on.

有个问题请教, 卖房子的曾经口头跟我说过,在上DRYWALL 之前会有一次买主和BUILDER 一起的INSPECTION, 来检查DRYWALL下面的施工质量.

后来我总问她什么时候是这个检查,她总拖着,昨天我们到施工那里一看,DRYWALL 都上去了.

那是到底该有这么个检查吗? 还是骗我们说有?

我们对DRYWALL下面有几个施工的质量有意见的,他们现在能给我们修吗?

深有体会，Richcraft的服务部门是老爷部门，从来没有遇到这么差服务的Builder

RICHCRAFT诚信实在有很大问题，和他们打交道太头疼了， 对他们的建筑质量现在也严重怀疑，以后避免这BUILDER。
根据我们和他们斗争的经验，这事恐怕很难解决了。

希望打算买房的要多看看。
每次约维修，要么从8-12或12-4，你要在家等4个小时，要他们转告Contractor，在来之前提前1小时或半小时打个电话，Richcraft说他们公司的Policy就是要住户在家等4小时，不能外出，恭候随时到来的Trades，他们无法转告Contractor打个电话的要求。
找他们的Management，居然说这是他们公司的Policy就是这样。
要说质量，很多地方有问题，连水管都接不好。

WaterHeater是Tankless, 说是节省煤气，其实浪费很多的水和煤气，因为这种Tankless，要开很长时间才会有热水出来，买断的的话，要3000。
Tank Gas的那种，出水很快，买断只要1000快。

所以，你们买房的话，应该考虑Tank 那种，
