用Adobe Acrobat可以修改、编辑PDF文件。

网上也有免费的软件。搜一下就出来了。

To preserve kerning and the appearance of text objects, text in imported generic EPS or PDF files (that is, an EPS or a PDF created with an application other than Illustrator) is not imported as a single string of editable text.

To combine multiple text objects into a single text string, you can use the Selection tool (black arrow tool) to select the different type objects, choose Edit > Copy, switch to the Type tool and create a new area text object, and then choose Edit > Paste.

我有Adobe Acrobat一整套，试了，没用。在网上也找了答案，提供的办法都不行，甚至转成WORD都不能改。

先讲土的方法，十五年前用过： 用扫描仪+文字识别软件==〉MS word.

刚试了一个洋的，机器里装着，一直没用过：ScanSoft PDF professional, 其中PDF converter assistant 可以把PDF=> MS word. 试了一下，可以编辑。

Outline 就是轉換成圖形，裡面沒有任何文字信息，任何軟件都不可能改得了。文字識別是一種方法，但只能導出不能修改。看背景複雜不復雜，不復雜就用Photoshop的摳圖、摳字方法改嘍。
