one room for rent at Westboro ( $380/month) close to Health Canada, Statistics Canada, Civic Hospital and CIHI.
We are located in the heart of Westboro area. Near Kirkwood Ave and Carling Ave (K1Z 7G3).High-speed internet, home phone.all includle . Our semi-detached house is very convenient for shopping at Food Basic Store and Super Store (5-10 minute walking distance). There is direct bus route #16 to Downtown and University of Ottawa ,Bus 2 ,85, 151,1, are nearby. This is a rent house .there are six rooms and 2 bathroom .all the taneters are professional.No pet ,no party, no smoking. every weekend I will visit the house. This is a first floor room that will be available on Jan 1th, If you want to rent for more then one year , we can let you move in soon.
