A famous telecommunication company is looking for a few technical support in BJ. Frequent travel to Europe/NA. Prefer Canadian passport holder. Contact info: hr@ehanjia.com, Lisa Hu
Responsibilities:
- To carry out the assigned tasks and report progress to the line manager
- To Support the R&D or I&V Manager in the task to ensure that the designed products or features fulfill the requiremeneffts in an efficienet way
- To design, review and execute testing strategies,testing plans, testing cases and to report the issues found during the testing activities as well as to verify the fixes of the issues.
- To Be responsible to ensure quality of the deliverables(features, products, processes and services)from the job assigned covering system design to end-user documents
- To provide product support to the ON customers to solve customers issues, answer customers questions.
- To participate in technical coordination and to attend technical seminars
- To participate in pre-studies, ensuring transfer of applicable knowledge
Requirements:
-BE/ME in CE/CS or similar field, 3 years work experience in teleocm or data comm. products areas
-Excellent knowledge of telecom or data comm.systems and their design
-Good communication skills in both Chinese and english
-One of the strong background below
- Transmission systems
- Routing
- Ethenet Switching
- TCP/IP protocol stacks
- Excellent teamwork and cooperation spirit,both professional and personal integrity, proactive and positive learning attitude.
