也就是为什么，只有房主和高级电工才能够 CALL INSPECTION，
其他任何人，你的朋友，CONTRACTOR，包括有普通电工执照的电工，都没资格做电工的活儿，是违法行为，一旦有人举报，会有巨额罚款。如果他们做了，也只能是房主CALL ESA，谎称是屋主自己做的，当INSPECTOR，来检查时，屋主要躲出去，要不然INSPECTOR 和你交谈时，容易露馅。

You can get a simplified code book from Home Depot. Go to electric section and ask for "the yellow book".
