本人男生，12月一日在2201 riverside新签了一套房子，现在想出租大房间跟小房间。男女不限，希望室友爱干净，不要太吵的。
小房间：$400

房租包水，包电，包暖气，包网费。.如有需要，可以帮申请楼下停车位。building内有免费的室内泳池和桑拿房。
2201 离 billings bridge走路只有6分钟，楼下直接有1,5路去downtown, billings bridge 里有4路，97路，去ou, cu都很方便。

因为是新签的房间，所以现在没办法看房。
