if i am right, when people buy prepared card, the tax is already included... for example, 100 airtime would only cost you $100. so if that's the case, a 20 airtime card selling at $18 isn't a good deal. it's pain in the neck to make the arrangement with you and possible would need to pick it up...

很抱歉 实在没办法降到10块 因为是20元的 不过我能保证是没用过的 同上， 我没必要花时间去骗什么。。。。 我也没兴趣去做这种事情
