宿舍一樓有連鎖咖啡店Second Cup，洗衣房Laundry Facility，休息室Lounge，和自習室Study room。宿舍大樓保安設施完善，學生每個人必須劃卡才能進入。管理員的辦公室也在一樓，如果你有甚麼事情都可以找他，他人很好。還有如果你apartment的設施出了任何問題或者小毛病，馬上就有工作人員來修理，所以你可以住的很安心。
Apartment一共有3個臥室，我的臥室是大的。衣櫃是Walk－in式，有很大的儲存空間，女生一定是很需要啦～ 電話，桌子，床，床墊，床頭櫃，椅子，全部都是配好的。每個臥室都有cable，網絡internet connection，而且我們的apartment連無限上網wireless internet也有！Apartment的暖氣和冷氣是中央空調那種，所以冬暖夏涼！
Apartment有兩個衛生間，一個是Bathroom，一個是Powder Room。洗澡的時候，Bathroom你會跟其他的兩個室友一起共用，但是Powder Room衛生間你獨自使用！這個Apartment非常乾淨，而且兩個室友都是很友善，隨和，和喜歡乾淨的女生。她們來自Quebec省，但她們兩個都會說英文，所以溝通是沒問題的。而且你還可以向她們偷師法語！^^

Second cup on the first floor and on-site laundry facility. The roommates are nice and easy-going girls and the apartment is always kept clean! Viewings are welcome!
