Yes, they open for lunch but I never been there for lunch. You should make a reservation even on weekdays. It is a small restaurant and they are always busy. They close on Monday.

越南粉汤关键在3种调料，一锅汤，需要2cup的味精，有些店会用鸡精来替代，1cup的糖，1cup的盐。
提味全看味精，因为客人多的话，根本没时间褒汤。

外头的店都是成批的进面，其他的都看各个店的老板黑不黑了，没啥技术可言，自己会做的话会更健康点。

Never go there. Service is horrible.

我比较喜欢去韩餐厅，清淡些，健康，而且招呼周到，出去吃饭就图省心，饭菜味道其次，心情好最要紧。
