Yes, they open for lunch but I never been there for lunch. You should make a reservation even on weekdays. It is a small restaurant and they are always busy. They close on Monday.

越南粉汤关键在3种调料,一锅汤,需要2cup的味精,有些店会用鸡精来替代,1cup的糖,1cup的盐。
提味全看味精,因为客人多的话,根本没时间褒汤。

外头的店都是成批的进面,其他的都看各个店的老板黑不黑了,没啥技术可言,自己会做的话会更健康点。

听说中餐味精比越餐稍稍少一些,一位亲眼目睹说:一勺子糖,一勺子盐,一勺子味精, 半大勺子淀粉糊勾芡,然后出锅。
 
现在,哪里还有人真给你煲汤啊。都是那调味料勾兑出来的。
 
Never go there. Service is horrible.

我比较喜欢去韩餐厅,清淡些,健康,而且招呼周到,出去吃饭就图省心,饭菜味道其次,心情好最要紧。
 
Agree, Service is terrible. Went there once with my co-worker. Never go back again.
