我自己没有经验。但是因为之前一个朋友也是主动辞职(她不喜欢那份工作,觉得没有前途,比较压抑。),我们一起做了功课,后来帮她写了给政府说明为什么辞职的信(指出她工作环境不安全,没有相应的培训,这些也的确是事实),她也拿到了EI,去参加政府的培训了。

2. take this information into account to make the decision.
