I just contact american side Subaru dealers one week ago. They did not want to give us cash rebate. I found the price gap between Canada and USA is not that big now. Another thing is that the car in USA side is less equipped. For example, in canada Outback 3.6R gets a sunroof. In contrast, in USA even limited package does not offer sunroof.
