钱都给退回来了

我当时用RBC ONLINE BANKING，结果付了个错的卡上面，还是别人的卡，后来过了好几个月才发现，就打电话，RBC都给追回来了，他们说是他们的ONLINE BANKING CONFUSE 我的，所以他们都帮我追回来了。具体怎么干的，我是不清楚了，反正他们有这本事。。。

我觉得楼主不应该找SEARS，他们不管的，我当时也是付给SEARS的master card，说了白天，就是跟他们废话~

楼主应该找你自己的银行,就说online banking 不好用。。。

6月份时我刚刚怀孕2个月，身体极度不舒服，不然也不会犯这种错误的 :blowzy: 记得VISA卡上被charge了利息，当时只是以为自己忘记付账了。

今天掘地三尺，找出了唯一一张sears card bill, 是2004年的。其后，我搬了几个城市、几次家，不知道多久没用这卡了。

如果Sears的帐号是expired，你可以先去自己的银行问问。顺便把你付账的打印出来，当然他们是可以查出来的。你可以问银行如何要回来这笔钱。钱不能够不明不白地消失吧。

Talk to your bank (the bank you use to do your online banking).

I had similar experience, my bank (PC) got the money back for me but PC charged me 10 dollars for doing it for me.

I have a different opinion on this. There was no mistake on banking side so they do not have liability to recover your money back. However, you can ask them to help you as long as they can claim that it was a transaction mistake...

My suggestion is to continue talking to the credit company, only who can decide how to redeem your credit back. It is like a joke as they claimed that they could not retrieve account history because the card was deactivated. Maybe the person you were talking to just came out of school and did not know how to use their system

You can definitely get your money back - do not give up ...

I have a different opinion on this. There was no mistake on banking side so they do not have liability to recover your money back. However, you can ask them to help you as long as they can claim that it was a transaction mistake...

你说的也有道理，我的具体CASE其实是银行的错误，不过具体怎么样的，也不想多说了，希望楼主好运。

每月记账很重要哦，我会把每月的各种信用卡账单和银行账号转出去的钱一一核对，不用的信用卡最好都销毁掉，顶多留1,2张。把网上银行不用的付款项删除，以防止弄错。

这个我也试过，过程中心理压力不是一般的大~！

两次之后，我就不去看了，交给老公管帐了

因为我每次看着钱花花得往外流，我心如刀割阿。。。

谢谢大家这么热心！我给BANK （PC financial）打电话了，

他们态度很好，但是说3个月之内他们可以按照正常渠道追回。现在时间有点久，但是他们还是会和SEARS寄信联系，要求他们查和退款。

我的online bank statement只写了sears card字样和多少$$$ out, 没有sears card的任何账户信息. 我怕SEARS赖帐、不承认那笔钱的具体去向，让BANK也给我寄个关于此项transaction的较详细的记录我好follow up. 现在就等着收到信再说了。
