She is CR5,her boss always said she is not meet her requirement and last year give her 1st performance report (all not satisfy),but actual my wife know how to do and of course need times to finish and she said not enough quick response

凡事都要讲证据,你太太当初签的合同上有写(NOT SATISFIED)就随时开除的吗?满意不满意不能就一个人说了算不是,把证据找出来,说说到底哪里不满意
开除是不可以的,要是真是能力不够这个职位的,到最后实在没有办法的情况下哪怕降职也是可以考虑的,留得青山在不怕没柴烧,但不能轻言放弃

去年提出harassment,但在adr會上她的boss語言上誤導,故最終停止了.

这就是偶说的不能等,这事不能等到某一天实在不行了才写信递上去,到那时HARASSMET专家都会问你:那你当时怎么没写呢,是不是当时觉得没有必要写呢,加拿大人解决问题的时候经常会问这种很绕的问题.

当时我的信是3月份写的,4月份递交的时候忘了改日期了,HARASSMENT专家咬住这个话题不放,非让偶说个明白,还好最后还是被偶把话给原了

我也注意到了这句的问题，主句与从句的主语不一致。

Also, I guess, we should use either "in hopes that ..." or "in the hope that...".

erichenry建议好,可我觉的LZ太太应该是发信给她那部门的Harassment Advisor,那个人不一定在LOCAL,但是HR肯定有这样的TEAM或者职位的,应该找到对口的人先啊
