Goodlife or The Athletic Club

I just joined and saw your message. If you haven't join Goodlife, you may want to check out The Athletic Club at Orleans or St. Laurent. It's the best club in Ottawa and the monthly fee is pretty much same as Goodlife but they give you so much more - a club like a 5 star resort, two pools, tons of machines and lots of fitness classes, hot yoga, pilate, etc.

The are now in promotion and give Goodlife members 3 months free if you move to their club.

I've joined the club with a few chinese friends. Recommended!

I just joined and saw this blog. If you folks haven't joined Goodlife, you may want to consider The Athletic Club at Orleans and Trainyards at St. Laurent. I was a Goodlife member for a year and moved to The Athletic Club since Feb this year. It's the best club in Ottawa. the monthly fee is the same as Goodlife's regular fee ($25 include tax every 2 weeks) but it gives you so much more - 2 pools, hot tub, steam room, sauna, tons of machines and fitness classes, yoga including hot yoga, pilate, badminton and basketball league in a big gym for kids and adults.

They still have the promotion of giving up to 3 months free for those who move from Goodlife. I got the deal and I joined with a few Chinese friends.
