有人用bell 的光纤上网服务吗。

我觉得,除了个别新住宅区,光纤到户想都不要想。也许我太保守了?

AT&T打算吧copper war干到底。毕竟fiber 太贵了。。

据说Bell在多伦多搞triple-play了。不知渥村啥时有。

I have fibe 12/16 available now!!!

should I stick with Teksavvy for their excellent service at $42.5(tax include, with dryloop fee), only 5Mbps

or switch to Bell for the speed at about $50.8 ($44.95+tax)

I think I don't use that much bandwidth, 40GB maximum in the last 3 months.

Should I take advantage of Teksavvy's 'no contract' policy? or should I reward them by showing some loyalty?

I guess I will have only 5% chance to use over 50GB in the next year.

and I will have only 5% chance to use faster bandwidth. (right now, even downloading is slow for big files sometimes, but jDownloader helps me handle it unattendedly)
 
Some people use it like this:

I have a dry loop from teksavvy for play, and a bell wet dsl for my home office, I would use the fibe with teksavvy credentials for the speed and my teksavvy cap. I would use my bell credentials on my teksavvy dry loop for my home office as I don't need speed in there.....

Ideal but I don't have a home office.
 
今天收到bell的信,说我这个地区开通了光纤服务。我看了看,我家是最高16M,比现在的快了3倍。就是换了后没有了无限usage,只有75G。用过的同学们说说感受,看看值不值得换。

Don't do that! It is a bait to lure you off the unlimited contract. It is their common strategy to move customers to more profitable products. It is a sign that you are having a good deal now, don't bite the bait!
