昨天开车出去，路上有个坑，积满了水看不出是个坑，结果开过去“哐当”立马RIM就瘪了，花了我2百多刀换了一个。问一哈，这种情况能不能向市政府CLAIM，拿点银子回来？

The Pothole Patrol has been deployed to deal with holes forming on City of Ottawa streets.
The City says the excessive water on roads following last week's snow and heavy rain is creating additional potholes across the City.
A cold asphalt is used by the City of Ottawa for emergency repairs to roads and patching potholes.
During the winter, frost penetrates deep into the ground and freeze-thaw cycles damage the roads by creating cracks and potholes.
