Yes, the document is now called "permanent resident travel document " or "Traval Document (permanent resident abroad)" IMM5524 on CIC website.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/travel.asp
English name of the document has been changed for a while, however, people still call it "返加证" in chinese.
I will fix it when I have time.
