Security Deposit As the condominiums are privately owned, a security deposit of $500 is required. The deposit will be taken on the same card as the 50% initial deposit on the scheduled day of arrival. The deposit will be returned 48 hours after departure, less any fees, damages or unpaid long-distance calls. In the event any damages exceed the $500 deposit, the balance will be taken from the credit card.
