Correct. Duty is for imported/exported goods only.

Last time I bought a Nomad Zen mp3 player from Creative Labs, I ended up paying the exact amount that was advertized on a Canadian website, AND I had to wait 3 more weeks to get it.

I searched for whole afternoon, then found if I buy from US, although I don't know how much i need to pay the duty, the price will be:

US price x 1.5 x duty (1.07 probably) x tax (1.15) + shipping (90 from US).


Probably it's not that cheap as I thought.
