You don't get the point. Fed gov does not get a penny from HST, Fed has no right to decide what is subject to HST, and Fed cannot reject Ontario join HST program either. Even Layton is not able to do anything different if he were the PM. Blame PM for HST is a "contempt" to voter's IQ

如果只有PC和Liveral，还真不行。NDP中和一下，蛮好的。反正他们也不会组阁。
