如何从College转入大学

我是国际学生,正在读College的二年级,想转入大学读本科,不知需要什么条件才能转?请大家帮忙出主意.安省和魁省一样吗?

I know you can apply first and then transfer your credit to university will be ok. but it's very hard to apply ON's university. because there are double students graduate in this year so it's very difficult to get ON 's unversity offer.
