My two cents worth. Based on my experience, I have a suggestion for the organizer:
There might be less than 0.1% of the items having quality issue as it is impossible anything could be perfect. If a problem happens to a buyer, who should be responsible for the replace/refund in first seven days(or 14 days) after purchase? who should be responsible for the problem repairing in warranty period?
