Easy!
1. Rinse the chicken under your tap water.
2. Put the chicken in boiling water (for about 1 minute) just to get rid of the dirt on the skin and inside.
3. Boil another pot of water. When the water boils, put the chicken in the pot again. Open the cover until the water boil again.
4. Turn the water to simmer and cover the pot.
5. Make sure the water bubbles so that you have enough heat to simmer.
6. Cut out few slices of ginger and put it in the pot.
7. Simmer the soup for at least 3 hours.
8. When it is done, put a bit salt (about 3 ml) in the soup.
This is the simple way of making chicken soup.
