请教煲汤(鸡汤)

今天在大统华看到一只黑色的全鸡,莫名其妙的就买回家了。可是我从来都没有煲过鸡汤,家里更加没有什么工具,但是又不想浪费这只鸡。请厨房高人指点怎样煲出靓汤:confused:
 
Easy!

1. Rinse the chicken under your tap water.
2. Put the chicken in boiling water (for about 1 minute) just to get rid of the dirt on the skin and inside.
3. Boil another pot of water. When the water boils, put the chicken in the pot again. Open the cover until the water boil again.
4. Turn the water to simmer and cover the pot.
5. Make sure the water bubbles so that you have enough heat to simmer.
6. Cut out few slices of ginger and put it in the pot.
7. Simmer the soup for at least 3 hours.
8. When it is done, put a bit salt (about 3 ml) in the soup.

This is the simple way of making chicken soup.

If you want to be fancy, put some ginseng, carrot, potato into the soup.

If you want a chicken soup with Chinese herbs, go to any Chinese medicine store to ask for the best ingredients for chicken soup.

我妈妈教我,水半开的时候把洗干净的鸡放进去。

说是水开了再放,肉就老了。。

我不懂有什么分别~

乌鸡洗干净了放锅里煮开,出沫子了拿出来冲干净,把水倒了再放满,鸡放进去,姜,葱,料酒,炖吧

是吗? 不过我应该不会放中药了,本来我最近对鸡肉就很反胃,加上那些药就更不要吃了
 
乌鸡花旗参汤:乌鸡+几片花旗参+几片姜+两颗蜜枣+几片当归+几根党参

先大火后中火煮一小时,温补不上火,又香又甜!

冷水煮肉,汤味好;开水煮肉,肉味好。
