我都不知道那边还有垃圾场一说，原来都是说kanata那边有垃圾场。

我觉得质量还行啊。。，房型设计的很现代。。小区环境也很好呀。。

Lot的深度和Minto的差不多，我家买的是98尺深的，Mattamy标准的是82尺深。

Agree! My parents own Mattamy Home. They moved in on time, without any delays. and their service is great. There were few items that not covered under one year warrienty, but Mattamy still send people and fixed them.

About the lot size, it's about the same size as Minto(I am own Minto)
