It happened in July 2006, from the Human Right Commission's recommendation to Human Right Tribunal recent ruling , now it has been appealed to Qebec Highest Court. And defense layer said he will challenge the case to the Supreme Court of Canada if necessary.
I would like to bring it to everyone's attention that this human right case has been lasted for 5 years, and some comments from defense lawyer are outrages. If defense won appeal I regard Canada would be going backwards.
